6. The office of the committee shall be situated at the head office of the Order and all the records, books and registers of the committee shall be kept at that office.
The secretary of the committee shall keep a register showing the date of each inspection or special inquiry, the address at which it was conducted, the name of the occupational therapist in question and the name of the person who conducted the inspection or inquiry.
